Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a qualified Behavior Interventionist to deliver targeted ABA services in home and community settings. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and train caregivers to apply positive interventions with individuals on the autism spectrum.

The role requires a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field that meets educational requirements for BCBA examination is required.
• Must possess and maintain a current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with children with autism spectrum disorders and/or related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision by a BCBA, provide program management and execute changes in programs for individuals with ASD.
• Deliver intervention activities and provide caregiver education per treatment plans.
• Complete documentation including assessment notes, progress reports, and training records.
