Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a supervisor to provide program management and specialized behavior intervention services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work under supervision of a BCBA and collaborate with BCBA/clinical staff to write progress reports and develop individualized programs.

Role involves supervising Interventionists, maintaining records, and ensuring data reliability while delivering parent education and ongoing staff training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with concentration in early childhood education/development or psychology.
• Requires CPR certification.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Interventionists to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain program records and data fidelity checks.
• Prepare monthly progress updates for families served.
• Develop and implement intervention activities per treatment plans.
• Record evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports.
• Coordinate staff training and participate in meetings.
