Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 applied behavior analysis in a center-based setting with supervision from BCBA professionals. The role focuses on implementing individualized behavioral plans, collecting progress data, and supporting families in applying treatment strategies.

Ideal candidates have a passion for working with children and strong communication skills, with preferred experience in developmental delays or autism spectrum disorders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children with developmental delays or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or related disabilities is preferred, though training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with safety and supervision during sessions.
