Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team of professionals. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

You will build trust with families, document progress, and help children develop communication, social, and behavioral skills in a structured, supportive setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABA therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Patient and family-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to individual needs.
• Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills in a structured environment.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship with clients and families.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate progress and goals with parents/caregivers.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and records.
