Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Your work will directly contribute to growth, development, and improved quality of life, building relationships with children and families in a supportive, structured environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABA therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow treatment plans and document data.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions following individualized treatment plans.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive environment.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship with clients and families.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress and adjust plans.
