Qualifications

• Must be passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum
• Experience in ABA therapy preferred but not required
• Ability to follow supervision and treatment plans
• Strong documentation and data-tracking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children using individualized treatment plans.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a structured environment.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship with clients and families.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress to measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress and adjust plans.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about goals and generalization strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and data.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
