Qualifications

• 3+ years managing employee engagement activities at a global high-tech company.
• Experience leading and organizing an office or workplace.
• Vendor management experience.
• A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding experiences for the Austin location, ensuring new hires are welcomed and set up for success.
• Build and manage the yearly recreation budget spanning all locations.
• Coordinate and lead employee engagement initiatives with the HR team.
• Administer exits for the assigned location and provide insights to HRBP.
• Manage events for all employees, onsite and remote.
• Support the wellbeing and employee experience strategy with the Global team.
