Job summary

Austin Commercial, a division of Austin Industries, is seeking a Recruiter to support the Phoenix, Arizona Division. This role oversees the full-cycle recruiting process for professional salaried positions, collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and drive quality hires.

The successful candidate will source, screen, interview and select top talent, develop recruitment strategies, and maintain a positive candidate experience while ensuring compliance with applicable laws

Qualifications

2–5 years of sourcing/recruiting experience in Architecture, Engineering or Construction industries.
Proficient in Boolean search techniques; AIRS training/certification is a plus.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting and partnering with leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Manages full-cycle recruiting for corporate and operations positions.
Partners with leadership to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
Identifies recruiting methods and strategies based on role and industry standards.
Uses multiple outlets (social media, job boards) to source talent.
Determines best technical and cultural fit across the U.S.
Ensures positive candidate experience and supports interview, evaluation and offers.
Tracks recruiting metrics and data to improve the process.
Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Maintains relationships with new hires for current and future roles.
