Job summary

RISE Association Management Group in San Antonio, Texas, seeks an experienced Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of condo and HOA communities. You will work directly with Boards, coordinate financial, operational, maintenance, and vendor needs, and serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and Board members.

This client-facing role rewards ownership, problem solving, and strong relationship-building, with local travel and occasional evening meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with HOA boards and homeowners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of association financial statements is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of condo and HOA communities in the Austin/San Antonio area.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for Boards of Directors and communities.
• Attend board meetings, prepare agendas and reports.
• Coordinate budgets, vendor proposals, and maintenance projects.
• Provide recommendations based on financial and operational data.
• Respond to homeowner inquiries and maintain proactive communication.
• Travel locally and participate in evening board meetings or events as needed.
