Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in community association management.
• Experience managing both condominium and single-family communities preferred.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of condominium and single-family communities in the Austin area.
• Serve as liaison between Boards, residents, homeowners, and vendors.
• Provide financial and operational leadership and consultative support to clients.
• Review monthly Board packets and oversee mass mailings.
• Attend board and membership meetings to strengthen client relationships.
