Job summary

Lifetime HOA Management is seeking an experienced HOA Community Manager in Austin, Texas to oversee multiple homeowner associations, drive operational excellence, and foster strong relationships with Boards and residents.

You will manage daily operations, coordinate board meetings, and ensure financial and governance compliance, all while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of HOA, property management, community association, or related real estate management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HOA operations, governing documents, and Texas HOA laws.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple HOA communities.
• Coordinate HOA Board meetings, agendas, packets, and minutes.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and reserve funding.
• Ensure adherence to governing documents and Texas HOA laws.
• Foster strong relationships with Boards of Directors, homeowners, vendors, and staff.
