Lifetime HOA Management seeks an experienced HOA Community Manager in the Austin, Texas area to lead multiple homeowner associations, foster strong Board relationships, and ensure professional management per governing documents and Texas law.

The role emphasizes community leadership, budget oversight, vendor management, and excellent customer service, with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced team environment and local travel across the Austin metro area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of HOA/property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HOA operations, governing documents, and Texas HOA laws.
• Experience managing budgets, reserve projects, financial reports, vendor contracts, and capital improvement projects.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HOA Boards and homeowners.
• Prepare Board meeting materials, reports, and minutes.
• Attend Board and Annual Meetings, including evening meetings as required.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and vendor coordination across multiple communities.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and Texas HOA laws.
