Qualifikationen

• Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• May require a valid driver's license, ability to drive a motor vehicle, mini-truck, under-speed vehicles (USV) and utility vehicles (UTV) and auto insurance depending on the property.

Aufgaben

• Grounds and Exterior Maintenance – walk property daily to remove trash and clean around dumpsters; rake/mulch around trees; perform snow removal per policy.
• Common Area and Facility Cleaning – empty trash containers daily; clean fixtures, surfaces, rugs and laundry rooms; replenish supplies.
• Communication and Administrative Tasks – deliver community fliers; review and update work orders; document tasks as work orders.
• Safety and Compliance – maintain a safe work environment; report safety concerns; comply with Fair Housing laws.
• Professional Standards – attendance and professional conduct with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Assist staff with other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
