Responsibilities

• Maintain common, amenity and ground areas daily.
• Protect property by salting and clearing ice in walkways.
• Care for supplies and equipment and track inventory.
• Assist with make-ready and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times.
• Follow OSHA standards and safety policies at all times.
• Report unsafe conditions and respond appropriately.
• Provide courteous, efficient service to residents.
