Job summary

The Franklin Johnston Group is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain community grounds and improve curb appeal. You will perform daily cleaning of outdoor spaces, care for landscaping, and assist with miscellaneous property tasks as directed by management.

Required duties include keeping a professional appearance, following OSHA safety standards, and reporting unsafe conditions. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Fair Housing training within 1 day of hire; harassment courses within 7 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Clean common, amenity and ground areas daily and maintain landscaping as instructed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of community buildings and grounds, including trash removal.
• Care for supplies and equipment, and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Maintain professional uniform and appearance; follow safety policies and procedures.
