• 2+ years of experience managing subcontractors.
• Experience leading large teams of technicians.
• Familiarity with service-management software such as ServiceTitan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation operations across the OKC market.
• Lead and support a team of 25+ technicians and field personnel.
• Support execution across all home improvement packages.
• Partner with the Service Manager to oversee the service department.
• Coordinate installers and subcontractors to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Review inventory tracking and procurement processes.
• Maintain strong communication between operations, field teams, and customers.
• Support scheduling and day-to-day operational execution.
