Job summary

Tri-Supply in Austin, TX is seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager to lead home improvement operations and coach a growing team. This role rewards proactive leadership, strong organization, and a customer-focused approach to identify the best products and services for each project.

You will coach staff, coordinate projects to meet deadlines, monitor customer satisfaction, and make informed decisions to resolve issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience required with background in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to remain calm during all situations; provide constructive feedback; able to inspire teamwork and respect.
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with typical office and point-of-sale software systems.
• Highly organized, detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and customer service skills.
• Must possess the ability to train and motivate staff members.
• Ability to work independently and under direction.
• Exercise sound judgment with regards to issue escalation.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
