Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking newly credentialed family/internal medicine physicians to join our primary care team. You’ll practice in a tech-enabled, patient-centered environment with a robust onboarding program designed to support your transition from residency.

You’ll manage a diverse patient panel, perform in-office procedures when appropriate, supervise NP/PA colleagues, and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams.

Qualifications

• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and preventive visits.
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, and via telehealth.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Apply clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues.
