Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prospect and appoint new commercial agencies to expand GEICO’s distribution.
• Manage agents in the territory through in-person, virtual, phone, and email interactions.
• Analyze territory to allocate time/resources and execute growth plans.
• Apply commercial insurance knowledge to design effective sales calls and increase written premium.
• Develop and document pre-call strategies and identify new growth areas for the agency.
