Government Employees Insurance Company (GEICO) in Austin, TX is hiring a Territory Sales Manager, Commercial to drive growth by expanding GEICO’s agency distribution and managing 120–150 truck and commercial accounts. You will develop field resources, implement best practices, and lead strategic activities to increase revenue within your territory.

The role requires strong sales experience, ability to travel overnight, and alignment with GEICO's policies.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to drive sales results across a territory.
• Experience with multiple lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health) is a plus.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and manage priorities.
• Strong communication skills via phone, in person, and email.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, interview, and approve new appointments to expand agency distribution.
• Manage agents in the territory to build relationships, train, and improve performance.
• Implement policies for the agency program and monitor progress against plans.
• Analyze territory to allocate time and resources and execute growth strategies.
• Apply knowledge of commercial products and industry trends to design effective sales calls.
• Document pre-call strategies and identify new areas to grow written premium.
• Collaborate with product management to spot new opportunities in the market.
• Prepare annual and semi-annual sales plans and reports for leadership.
