Go-Forth Pest Control in Austin, TX is launching a new branch and seeks a Branch Starter to lead field sales, service, and branch development. You will prospect door-to-door, handle inbound leads, and deliver inspections and treatments for pest and termite control.

The role emphasizes building operations from the ground up, driving growth, and managing day-to-day branch activities while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Structural Pest Control Applicator license (or equivalent) authorizing both general pest control and termite treatments.
• Previous experience in a sales or service role within the pest control industry, preferably with door-to-door or referral-based lead generation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Field Sales and Service: Build and grow a customer base from zero through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and closing deals.
• Handle inbound leads from advertising and office calls, converting them into customers and providing pest control and termite services.
• Conduct home visits to assess needs and recommend solutions; ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships.
