Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control is launching a new branch in Texas and seeks a driven Branch Starter to build the operation from the ground up. You will prospect door-to-door, convert inbound leads, and deliver top-quality pest and termite services while guiding a growing team and aligning with corporate support.

Ideal candidates hold a Structural Pest Control Applicator license, have sales experience in pest control, and can manage operations, inventory, and regional expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pest control and termite services with sales and customer acquisition.
• Must hold a valid Structural Pest Control Applicator license authorizing pest and termite treatments.
• Experience in field sales or service within pest control, preferably with door-to-door or referral leads.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a customer base from zero through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and closing deals.
• Lead startup of a new branch with operational processes and sales/service momentum.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, territory management, and resource allocation.
• Develop relationships with customers, partners, and local stakeholders; represent the company at events.
