Job summary
Bugged Pest Control, a startup residential pest-control company launching in the Austin market, seeks an experienced, licensed applicator to become the Responsible Certified Applicator and founding member of the field team. Base salary ranges $55,000–$80,000 with commissions and up to $25,000 in first-year milestone bonuses.
Role includes growing into leadership, training apprentices, and shaping field operations.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Structural Pest Control Certified Commercial Applicator license in good standing.
- Hands-on residential pest-control experience required.
- Ability to train and supervise apprentices and technicians as the field team grows.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the designated Responsible Certified Applicator.
- Work as the primary technician during initial growth.
- Inspect properties, identify pest activity, and perform treatments.
- Develop and improve service procedures and treatment standards.
- Oversee safe pesticide handling and documentation.
- Train and supervise future technicians and field staff.
