This executive position offers a $155k–$160k base salary, up to 20% incentive bonus, comprehensive health coverage, and relocation assistance. The GM will ensure exceptional guest experiences and strict financial controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in upscale, boutique, lifestyle, or full-service hotel environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full P&L accountability, managing a $10M budget to maximize RevPAR, GOP, and top-line revenue across rooms and F&B outlets.
• Serve as chief culture builder, fostering a high-performance workplace through coaching and mentorship.
• Lead day-to-day operations across departments, upholding high service standards and guest touchpoints.
• Partner with executives, sales, and revenue management to capitalize on local market demand in North Austin.
