Job summary

1 Hotel Austin, L.L.C. is seeking an Alteno General Manager to lead the restaurant operation, inspire the team, and drive exceptional guest service while meeting financial targets.

You will develop strategy, manage P&L, recruit and train leaders, ensure safety and sanitation, and partner with culinary and marketing teams to elevate the guest experience.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and a hands-on hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years full service restaurant management experience.
• Record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• State and local alcohol enforcement knowledge where applicable.
• Strong leadership and organizational management skills.
• Experience supervising teams of 50+ employees.
• Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting and cost controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and energize the restaurant team to achieve daily goals.
• Develop departmental strategy aligned with property, brand, and budget.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance reviews for hourly and management staff.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and food quality standards across all meals.
