• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergencies as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Engineering team, ensuring safety, accountability, and service excellence.
• Oversee maintenance across guest rooms, public spaces, outlets, and back-of-house areas.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and asset performance.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and elevators.
• Prioritize work orders, inspections, and prompt response to issues.
• Manage budgets, vendor relations, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate renovations and capital projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support emergency response.
