Job description

Auditor, Compliance - Remote (Must have LPN or RN License)

Establish a specifically designed compliance program that effectively prevents and/or detects violations of applicable laws and regulations, protecting the Business from liability related to fraudulent or abusive practices. Ensure that the Business understands and complies with relevant laws and regulations in the Healthcare environment. Oversee, follow-up, and resolve investigations to ensure accountability.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Perform ongoing compliance audits using state evaluation tools related to audit/monitoring activities.
• Identify and define audit scope and criteria, review evidence, document findings, and recommend improvements or corrections.
• Provide comprehensive advice to departments regarding compliance risks with respect to Federal and State regulations and contracts.
• Contribute significantly to annual risk assessments and audit planning.
• Assist with monitoring activities to ensure effective execution of corrective actions imposed by regulatory agencies.

Job Qualifications

Required Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience
