Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Manager to join our fast-growing firm in Boston, MA. You will manage a variety of tax, audit and other assignments, supervising Staff and Senior Accountants, and mentoring junior team members to strengthen client relationships and profitability.

You will lead engagements, review work, evaluate performance, and support business development with Principals and Partners. This role requires CPA, 5–8 years public accounting experience, and the ability to work in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with CPA license required.
• 5–8 years of public accounting experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and manage engagements.
• Proven problem-solving and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements, planning, staffing, and execution.
• Conduct engagement reviews and ensure quality deliverables.
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing education and feedback.
• Perform annual staff performance evaluations and development planning.
• Support business development by meeting with and pursuing new clients.
• Enhance Firm profitability through time management and efficiency.
