Job summary

Withum is seeking an Audit Supervisor based in the United States to lead audit engagements from planning through completion. You will supervise staff, mentor junior team members, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high-quality work and compliance with US GAAP.

The role involves coordinating with partners and managing multiple engagements, with opportunities for growth within a collaborative, hybrid-work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• CPA license, or working towards CPA certification with parts passed, preferred.
• At least 3 years of public accounting experience, with leading engagements and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement team on planning and execution of audits, reviews, or compilations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the audit engagement, including staffing, planning, and reporting.
• Provide supervision and support to staff, seniors, and supervisors; maintain open communication with the engagement partner.
