Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required; master's degree desirable.
• CPA certification required.
• 8+ years of auditing experience in a professional services firm, life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years in construction auditing preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team delivering assurance and consulting services to middle market clients.
• Lead client engagements, manage fieldwork, and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and analysis.
• Drive growth by developing new opportunities and cross-service line collaboration.
• Mentor staff and develop their technical and professional skills.
• Support development programs and contribute to firm leadership.
