Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; masters or advanced degree desirable.
• CPA required.
• Eight (8)+ years’ experience providing financial statement auditing services in a professional services firm; life sciences desired.
• Five (5)+ years’ Construction preferred.
• Five (5)+ years’ supervisory experience; mentoring and counseling associates desirable.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted engagement team member providing assurance and consulting services to industry clients.
• Proactively engaging with clients throughout the year to understand business goals and challenges.
• Managing all fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery of results.
• Providing financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and information gathered.
