The position offers hybrid work with occasional in-person meetings, engages with architecture and engineering clients, and requires strong communication and staff leadership capabilities. CPA資格 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on audit
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA exam completed or active CPA license
• Ability to lead and develop staff and seniors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion
• Coordinate service delivery and manage all aspects of client engagements
• Serve as a technical resource for staff and seniors
• Review engagement workpapers and financial statements for accuracy and compliance
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
• Lead, coach, and mentor staff through training and feedback
• Manage engagement economics including budgets and billing
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and participate in business development
• Contribute to process improvements and innovative client/employee experiences
