Aldrich CPAs and Advisors is looking for an Audit Manager to join our team serving clients in the Architecture & Engineering (A&E) industry. This position involves managing audits, reviews, and compilations from planning through completion while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.


This is a full-time position based in our Lake Oswego office with hybrid workplace options. The Audit Manager will work closely with clients and internal teams, with opportunities to build strong client relationships and contribute to new business development.

  • Plan and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion

What You Bring to the Team



  • 4+ years of recent experience in public accounting with a primary focus on audit

  • Strong understanding of audit and attest services, GAAP, and FASB standards

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field

  • Successful completion of the CPA exam or an active CPA license

  • Ability to lead and develop staff and seniors

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills

  • Experience managing client relationships and engagement teams

At Aldrich, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each candidate. The compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location and other job-related reasons. Aldrich also ensures internal equity in all pay decisions. The current estimated salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000.


You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational goals.

What You Should Know


This is a full-time position based in our Lake Oswego office with hybrid workplace options. This position requires in-person attendance on occasion based on business needs and may include light travel, primarily along the West Coast, between February and April.


Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
