Job summary

Aldrich CPAs and Advisors is seeking a Senior Audit Associate for our Lake Oswego office. You will lead audits, reviews, and compilations from planning to completion, working with growing businesses and manufacturing clients in a hands-on role.

The position offers hybrid work with local eligibility, the chance to mentor staff, and exposure to diverse client engagements within a supportive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent public accounting experience in audit and assurance.
• Solid understanding of audit and attest services.
• Knowledge of FASB regulations and GAAP.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Act as the in-charge on audits, reviews, and compilations from planning to completion.
• Prepare financial statements, related disclosures, and reportable conditions letters with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Build technical and analytical competence by staying up to date on trends, developments, and technical authorities.
• Manage work plan schedules and help anticipate client needs.
• Oversee and mentor associates assigned to various engagements.
• Collaborate effectively with both in-person and remote team members.
• Support engagement budgets, scheduling, and fee analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement processes and team efficiency.
