Aldrich CPAs and Advisors in Lake Oswego, OR seeks an Audit Manager to lead audits, reviews, and compilations from planning to completion while serving as a trusted advisor to clients in the A&E industry.

This full-time, hybrid role emphasizes client service, engagement leadership, and mentorship, with opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to new business development while delivering high-quality accounting and assurance services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of public accounting audit experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• CPA exam or active CPA license.
• Ability to lead and develop staff and seniors.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and engagement teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion.
• Coordinate service delivery and manage all aspects of client engagements.
• Serve as a technical resource for staff and seniors and provide guidance on complex accounting and audit matters.
• Review engagement workpapers and financial statements for accuracy, quality, and compliance with professional standards.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and timely, high-quality service.
• Lead, coach, and mentor staff and seniors through training, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
• Manage engagement economics, including budgets, billings, collections, and client fees.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and participate in business development and networking activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and innovative approaches that enhance the client and employee experience.
