You will guide engagements from planning through completion and collaborate with partners on complex matters.

Formación

• Active CPA license.
• 3-8 years of public accounting audit and assurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience managing engagements and supervising staff.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning and development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building trusted long-term relationships.
• Supervise, coach, and develop interns, staff, and senior accountants.
• Review work, provide constructive feedback, and promote professional growth within the team.
• Identify opportunities to deliver additional value and insights to clients.
• Collaborate with partners and niche industry teams on complex engagements.
• Ensure engagements meet professional standards and firm quality expectations.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of our Assurance practice.
