Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking an Audit Manager or Director to join our Central Wisconsin team with locations including Eau Claire and nearby cities. You will plan, supervise, and execute assurance engagements, manage milestones, and lead staff to deliver high-quality client service.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, a CPA, and 6+ years in public accounting, with proven leadership and client relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA licensure required and 6+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control phases of audit engagements for assigned clients.
• Lead engagement teams and monitor progress, budgets, and deadlines.
• Develop staff through coaching and performance evaluations; discuss engagement terms with clients.
