CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is seeking an Audit Manager or Director to join our Central Wisconsin team, with locations including Eau Claire, La Crosse, Marshfield, Stevens Point, Wausau, and Tomah. You will assume responsibility for planning, supervising, and controlling all phases of audits for assigned clients, while leading teams and delivering value.

The role requires a CPA, 6+ years of public accounting experience, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 6+ years of public accounting experience in audits, reviews, and compilations.
• CPA license required.
• Advanced technical knowledge of audit, accounting, and tax concepts.
• Ability to travel to client sites, including overnight travel.

Responsabilités

• Plan, supervise, and control all phases of audit engagements.
• Plan timing and staffing to deliver engagements efficiently.
• Lead decision-making and keep principals informed.
• Develop and mentor staff; provide coaching and training.
• Prepare engagement letters and manage client communications.
• Evaluate internal controls and audit programs; present findings.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and client progress; conduct final meetings.
