Job summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking an Audit Intern in Indianapolis to support multiple client engagements, apply accounting knowledge with firm technology, and shadow auditors across levels. You’ll participate in team building and training, and contribute to marketing or research projects.

Responsibilities include attending social functions and occasional travel to client sites. A GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred, with juniors or seniors enrolled in an accounting program, and strong computer proficiency

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or above preferred.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel.

Responsibilities

• Work for multiple supervisors on a variety of client engagements.
• Apply accounting knowledge while performing client work using Firm technology.
• Shadow Audit professionals of all levels.
• Participate in team building and training initiatives.
• Attend social functions and community service projects.
