Job summary

Cherry Bekaert invites enthusiastic students to join our Audit Internship in Indianapolis. You will work with multiple supervisors on diverse client engagements, applying accounting knowledge with Firm technology and shadowing Audit professionals across levels.

You’ll participate in team-building, training, and even present on a marketing or research project while joining social functions and community events.

Qualifications

• Junior or senior in an accredited accounting or related program, within two years of graduation.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or above preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software programs.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel.

Responsibilities

• Work for multiple supervisors on a variety of client engagements.
• Apply accounting knowledge while performing client work using Firm technology.
• Shadow Audit professionals of all levels.
• Participate in team building and training initiatives.
• Participate in and present on a marketing or research project.
• Attend social functions: happy hours, lunches, community service projects and other outings.
