Job summary

Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC is seeking an Audit Intern to support client engagements while applying accounting knowledge through Firm technology. You will work with multiple supervisors and shadow audit professionals across levels in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting or related program
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above preferred
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software
• Willing to travel to client sites, including frequent same-day travel

Responsibilities

• Work for multiple supervisors on a variety of client engagements
• Apply accounting knowledge while performing client work using Firm technology
• Shadow Audit professionals of all levels
• Participate in team building and training initiatives
• Participate in and present on a marketing or research project
• Attend social functions: happy hours, lunches, community service projects and other outings
