Job summary

Eden Capital Careers seeks an Audit Director with state and local government specialization for a fast-track path to partnership. The role blends client leadership with staff development in a hybrid work environment and relocation assistance is available.

The Director will manage multiple audits, supervise staff, and serve as the client liaison to partners. Travel to client and office locations is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years' experience in public accounting with leadership in a senior role.
• Significant government sector auditing experience (GLS/GAGAS/Yellow Book).
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple engagements and coordinate staffing and workflow.
• Lead client relationships and act as liaison between partners and staff.
• Sign attest opinions when designated engagement partner.
• Mentor staff, review work papers, and train junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with GAAS, GAGAS, and Uniform Guidance.
• Participate in recruitment and performance evaluations; support business development.
• Travel to client offices and firm locations as needed.
