Zaddy Solutions is seeking an Audit Director with a strong State and Local Government specialization to lead engagements and guide staff across multiple audits. The role offers a fast track toward partnership within a progressive regional CPA firm, with hybrid work arrangements and relocation assistance to support the transition.

The Director serves as liaison among partners, clients, and staff, reviews work papers, and drives client relationships and new business opportunities in the public

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years' experience in public accounting.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior manager position.
• Significant experience auditing state and local governments.
• CPA license required.

Responsabilités

• Liaises between partners, clients and staff to manage multiple engagements.
• Signs attest opinions when designated as engagement partner.
• Oversees all phases of engagement reporting and ensures compliance with GAAP & firm policies.
• Develops staff, trains personnel, and reviews work papers and reports.
• Acts as SME for governmental sector and leads client relations and business development.
• Maintains engagement scheduling and ensures timely delivery of client deliverables.
• Supervises staff, conducts performance reviews, and participates in recruitment.
