Job summary

Atlas Search in New York is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Specialist to support conference room technology, executive meetings, videoconferencing, and special events. This hands-on, high-visibility role provides white-glove technical support in a fast-paced professional environment.

You will troubleshoot AV systems, manage Teams/Zoom rooms, and maintain equipment across conference spaces, delivering high-touch service to executives, attorneys, and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise AV support experience.
• Experience with Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Crestron, Cisco, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of AV-over-IP, audio processing, and network connectivity.
• Dante and Biamp experience preferred.
