You’ll work closely with IT, facilities, event teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality audiovisual experiences. This is an opportunity for a hands‑on AV professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving technical challenges in real time, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

  • Contribute to audiovisual technology standards, roadmaps, capacity planning, procurement, budgeting, and equipment lifecycle management.
  • Support authorized meeting recordings, live streaming, and media editing while adhering to confidentiality, privacy, and information security requirements.
  • Provide scheduled after‑hours, weekend, and emergency support as business needs require.
Qualifications and Technical Skills
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise audiovisual systems, conference rooms, corporate meetings, events, or conference center operations.
  • Strong hands‑on knowledge of professional AV equipment, including cameras, displays, projection systems, microphones, lighting, digital signal processing, control systems, and sound reinforcement.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose technical issues quickly, prioritize incidents, and restore service under time‑sensitive conditions.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure while collaborating effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Professional judgment and discretion when supporting confidential meetings and handling sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with camera operation, lighting, audio capture, recording, streaming, and media editing workflows.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience supporting macOS and mobile devices is a plus.
Preferred Technical Experience
  • Dante audio networking and Biamp audio processing and control systems.
  • Crestron, Cisco, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or comparable enterprise AV and room‑control platforms.
