  • Perform preventive maintenance, firmware and software updates, equipment testing, repair coordination, and lifecycle tracking for audiovisual systems.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, storage, checkout, configuration, and physical security records for audiovisual equipment and accessories.

  • Ability to diagnose issues methodically, prioritize incidents, restore services quickly, and communicate status and workarounds to stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, organization, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work calmly and independently in a high-pressure environment while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all organizational levels and handle confidential and privileged information with discretion.
  • Working knowledge of camera operation, lighting, audio capture, recording, streaming, and media editing workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound judgment, creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability when priorities or deadlines change.
  • Proficiency with currently supported Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Word, and PowerPoint; experience supporting macOS and mobile devices is preferred.
