Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an on-site Vehicle Intake Associate in North Dighton, MA. You will input detailed vehicle information into AS400 or relay data to a co-worker, affix stock-number labels, and manage entry workflows at the auction.

You will also capture vehicle images, provide correct sale identifiers at registration, and follow all safety procedures. The role requires basic computer skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred or less than 2 years related work experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Input vehicle data into the AS400 system or relay information to a data-entry partner.
• Affix barcode/stock number stickers on each vehicle.
• Place work order numbers and routing labels; flag 'no key' vehicles.
• Direct transporters to the correct drop zone and report any damage.
• Take digital images of vehicles upon receipt.
• Provide sale identification windshield code to the vehicle driver at check-in.
• Follow safety and health procedures and support Safety Excellence.
• Assist on sale days and other duties as assigned.
