Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 2 years’ related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.

Responsibilities

• Input vehicle information into AS400 using handheld TC-75 (VIN, stock number, dealer ID, make, model, year, mileage, color, options).
• Affix barcode/stock number stickers to vehicles on arrival.
• Apply work order numbers and routing labels to vehicles.
• Identify and flag 'no key' vehicles.
• Direct transporters to vehicle drop zones and inspect for damage.
• Remove personal information from vehicles and reset navigation data.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and report equipment issues.
• Support safety initiatives and assist with auction lane duties.
