Cox Automotive is seeking an auction support specialist to work on-site in Clifton Park, NY, providing essential administrative support to the auctioneer during sale days. The role focuses on accurate data recording, verifying vehicle information, and assisting customers through multiple channels.

The position is part-time (15-20 hours/week) with a Tuesday–Thursday schedule. Spanish language skills are preferred, and duties may include remote tasks for efficiency as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 2 years of experience generally.
• Effective communication skills required.
• Ability to stay focused in fast-paced sale-day activities.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record lane and Simulcast bids in AS400 and verify data.
• Collaborate with the auctioneer virtually to ensure accuracy.
• Verify run order and ensure correct vehicle is sold.
• Operate monitor and review Simulcast bids with auctioneer.
• Provide arbitration and vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer.
• Make calls and emails on late titles.
• Use Salesforce for title absent support.
• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, and tickets.
• Other duties as assigned.
