Qualifications

• Reads, interprets, and enters data to maintain reliable inventory records.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manages multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains awareness of inventory and operational procedures.
• Completes CarMax-provided training and follows procedures.
• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work flexible hours outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily inventory appearance and security for organized zones and parking.
• Document and track incoming/outgoing inventory through shipping/receiving processes.
• Receive, prepare, and process vehicles, capture photos, and secure keys for sale or auction readiness.
• Support auction operations with preparation, coordination, and execution activities.
• Contribute to new associate training with best practices and safety standards.
• Perform daily inventory scanning and reconciliation for real-time visibility.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
